Founded in 1994, D&A is an independent Investment Banking firm that provides thorough senior level financial advisory to Global Multinationals, Regional Corporations, and privately held Family Companies on their strategic Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate development projects, covering Mexico, Central America, Peru, and the rest of Latin America.

During the last 7 years, we closed 30 M&A transactions for 25 clients in 20 different industries covering 3 Latin American countries, for a total Equity consideration of over U$ 720 million.

Since our foundation, the aggregate volume of originated or executed transactions has exceeded U$ 2,000 million.

We are based in Mexico City, with presence in Central America and Peru.
